One of the largest global non governmental organizations is placing pressure on the Obama Administration to rescind  a law from the previous presidency.

Human Right Watch (HRW) says the “provider conscience rule” allows health workers the right to deny women health services they might find morally objectionable.

The legislation was first proposed in August 2008 and was finalized in December 2008.
