Africa to Be Connected to India and Europe

A Mauritius registered country is laying undersea cables  in the Indian Ocean and the Red Sea as part of its efforts to build a cable operating system connecting Africa to India and Europe.

Seacom has agreements with eleven sovereign nations that allow for the cables to go through each country.
