President Bashir Denouncing Arrest Warrant Before Crowd via Times

In Sudan, Khartoum’s envoy has told the U.N Security Council that it will never back down from it’s decision to expel 13 foreign aid groups from the country.

The country, which does not recognize the International Criminal Court (ICC),  ordered the aid agencies out of Darfur after an arrest warrant for Sudanese President Omar Hussan al-Bashir was issued by the ICC.
