Hungarian President Tells His People to Stop Racist Attacks

Hungarian President Laszlo Solyom says that the people of Hungary need to change the treatment of it’s Roma population. The Romani’s make up about 5-7 percent of the population says Reuters and according to some analysts it has become the target of attack amid frustration over slowing economic growth.  The President says it’s too early to determine the motives behind recent attacks but that they are a wake up call for Hungary.
