Bosnian Parliamentary session canceled after previous session was disrupted by protests against economic hardship says Reuters. Demobilized soldiers blocked a major road in Bosnia for hours while demanding delayed benefit payments and future funding, a highway official told Reuters.
Bosnia is a a single country of two entities (Bosnia and Herzegovina), and three ethnic groups (Bosnian, Croats, and Serbs).

Italy only received 10% of it’s supplies says the BBC.
Bosnia, does not have any gas reserves, unlike many of the other countries listed above. Day Care Centers, were closed, while primary and secondary schools were already on holiday break.
